Ideally, I like to meet with my clients in person, or have a phone consultation prior to our session to get to know you better and discuss the details of your session. (Zoom is a great option for our first meeting). Once you decide that I'm your photographer of choice your session fee retainer, and signed contract will lock in your portrait session date.

After your session, we'll sit down and review your unedited images, where you can choose your favorites. Additionally, I'll provide samples and assist you in ordering albums, prints, or wall art. While you ultimately decide what works best for you, I'll be there to answer questions and provide guidance every step of the way. 

Hair & Makeup isn't included in every session fee. Deliverables like prints, digital images, albums, wall art, or cards aren't covered. I pride myself on creating an impeccable experience and lasting legacy portraits/products. Most importantly, I provide a unique, personalized experience from start to finish.

The session retainer fee is due in full upon booking to secure your session time and date; it's non-refundable. You'll receive an email invoice for online credit card payment or can pay over the phone directly.

Payments at the studio can be made by check, credit card, or through one of our financing options. Payment plans are available upon request through multiple financing companies. Sales tax applies to package pricing.

Life happens, and I get that. I am happy to reschedule your session one time as long as I receive a 24-hour notice. If a second reschedule is required, you will forfeit your original session fee, and a new session fee will be paid for the new session date. *Inquire for details.   

Remember, you are already fabulous! The portraits you see at your ordering appointment will be retouched to address harsh shadows, blemishes, wrinkles, and any concerns we discussed during our initial meeting.

My goal is a gentle retouch so in the end, you still look like your amazing self.

Digital portraits are priced the same as printed images. With every image purchased, you'll receive both a digital copy and a print. We love printed images because they allow you to reminisce and smile, reliving the moments from your session.

I offer a studio wardrobe for your session, providing a diverse selection to accommodate various shapes, sizes, and styles. It's highly recommended to explore our wardrobe beforehand. If needed, I can suggest places to shop for additional items. Feel free to bring your own wardrobe for added flexibility. During our pre-session consultation, we'll discuss wardrobe styling to ensure you feel fully prepared.

Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, and Syncrony Financing. If you have a different card, please inform us. Regarding payment plans - Absolutely! We can arrange a monthly payment plan. Please email us for details. Session Fees must be paid upfront and cannot be set up with a payment plan.
