After you’ve gone through my portfolio and decided that you like what you see, let's set up a phone, ZOOM, or in-person consultation. You can send us an email inquiry, or give us a call. This is where we will set up a time to meet in person, or ZOOM to chat more about your portrait session, your goals, and the type of session and portraits you envision.
Some of the questions we'll run through: Who do you want to be photographed with? What style of portraits would you love? Are they for branding, business, senior portraits, maternity, family, or “something special” portraits just for you? We’ll discuss all of this.
In addition, we'll chat about wardrobe styling ideas to help bring your vision to life. The information provided during our consultation will help me create the perfect session for you. We’ll get to know each other better, and how we can best serve your photography needs, answer any questions you might have about working with us, and figure out if we're the best fit for each other.

Once you’re ready to book your session, the booking process is super easy! A contract, invoice, and final details will be emailed to you. Once the session fee/retainer is paid, your contract is signed/returned -- you are officially on my schedule!
The session fee is paid before your session date. The session fee/retainer includes; Design, and styling, professional hair & makeup, a fully guided portrait session, and the final reveal.
Next, you will receive a welcome packet email that will assist you in preparing for your portrait session with plenty of additional details.

We will work together to create a highly personalized experience for your session. All portrait sessions are custom-designed for each client. Whether it’s business headshots, personal branding, family portraits, senior portraits, maternity, beauty/glamour, boudoir, or couture portraits just for you we will create a portrait session to match your style and aesthetic!
Not sure what to wear? That’s okay! You can bring with you 3-5 outfit options on the day of the session so you have plenty to choose from. (I’ll even help you decide!) I also have a small studio wardrobe you’re welcome to look through prior to your session. You’ll likely wind up wearing 2 or 3 outfit choices, but it’s always good to have options!

On the day of your session, you have the option to get pampered with professional hair & makeup. You'll be the star of the day! After hair & make-up is finished, we'll transition into your portrait session.
You will be carefully guided and coached throughout your session with posing to achieve natural looks and expressions and capture authentic beautifully styled portraits of you -- that you’ll love. It’s a day of pampering and celebrating YOU, your family, and your life. I will direct and guide your poses and expressions, so you look natural, beautiful, and connected. If you’re typically a little camera-shy, don’t worry. My goal is to help you feel comfortable so your natural beauty and personality shine through during your session.

We offer same-day reveals and ordering appointments for your convenience. Immediately following your session, you'll have the opportunity to view your stunning, unedited portraits. You can select your favorites, and any images you decide to purchase will undergo professional retouching.
This is the moment when you get to choose which images resonate with you, and I must warn you—it can be challenging to pick just one! We strive to create an experience where you adore all your portraits.

You decide which portrait collection you would like to purchase when you see your final edited portraits during the reveal session. You have options of beautiful framed portraits for your walls, a gorgeous leather reveal box of your favorite matted portraits, or both. We have a collection for you, and you only purchase what you love!
There is no ordering minimum, most of my clients invest an average of $2,800 on their sessions - less than what it would cost to purchase a cup of coffee every day throughout the year. A la carte images are also available for purchase. All photos purchased include the high-resolution digital image.
Your prints, wall art, and albums will be ready in a matter of weeks! I will notify you once everything is ready to be picked up, and schedule a convenient time for you.

What is your style?
Ideally, I like to meet with my clients in person, or have a phone consultation prior to our session to get to know you better and discuss the details of your session. (Zoom is a great option for our first meeting). Once you decide that I'm your photographer of choice your session fee retainer, and signed contract will lock in your portrait session date.
Where do I start?
After your session, we'll sit down and review your unedited images, where you can choose your favorites. Additionally, I'll provide samples and assist you in ordering albums, prints, or wall art. While you ultimately decide what works best for you, I'll be there to answer questions and provide guidance every step of the way.
What is an ordering appointment
Hair & Makeup isn't included in every session fee. Deliverables like prints, digital images, albums, wall art, or cards aren't covered. I pride myself on creating an impeccable experience and lasting legacy portraits/products. Most importantly, I provide a unique, personalized experience from start to finish.
What is not covered in the session fee?
The session retainer fee is due in full upon booking to secure your session time and date; it's non-refundable. You'll receive an email invoice for online credit card payment or can pay over the phone directly.
Payments at the studio can be made by check, credit card, or through one of our financing options. Payment plans are available upon request through multiple financing companies. Sales tax applies to package pricing.
When do I pay my session retainer fee?
Life happens, and I get that. I am happy to reschedule your session one time as long as I receive a 24-hour notice. If a second reschedule is required, you will forfeit your original session fee, and a new session fee will be paid for the new session date. *Inquire for details.
What if we reschedule?
Remember, you are already fabulous! The portraits you see at your ordering appointment will be retouched to address harsh shadows, blemishes, wrinkles, and any concerns we discussed during our initial meeting.
My goal is a gentle retouch so in the end, you still look like your amazing self.
Do you retouch all the portraits?
Digital portraits are priced the same as printed images. With every image purchased, you'll receive both a digital copy and a print. We love printed images because they allow you to reminisce and smile, reliving the moments from your session.
Do you offer digitals?
I offer a studio wardrobe for your session, providing a diverse selection to accommodate various shapes, sizes, and styles. It's highly recommended to explore our wardrobe beforehand. If needed, I can suggest places to shop for additional items. Feel free to bring your own wardrobe for added flexibility. During our pre-session consultation, we'll discuss wardrobe styling to ensure you feel fully prepared.
Do you provide a wardrobe for the session?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, and Syncrony Financing. If you have a different card, please inform us. Regarding payment plans - Absolutely! We can arrange a monthly payment plan. Please email us for details.
