Aileen and Jens….what a great pair these two are and what a fun story they have!  Aileen and I met for coffee for our initial meeting and within minutes I felt like I’d known her my entire life.  We instantly connected and shared stories with each other about our lives and talked about her upcoming wedding to Jens.

She shared the story of how they met…and truly these two were destined to be together.  Their paths would periodically cross unbeknownst to both of them.  True love continued to work it’s magic, the universe aligned, the timing was right and viola…they met and have been inseparable ever since.

I love hearing the story about how people met…and what sparked their love story.  Each one is unique.  Jens and Aileen met…on Match.com!  The modern world of technology brought these two together.  Their first date the immediately connected and shared stories of their lives with each other.  After a few weeks of dating…Jens shared with his mom about the girl he’d met.  After talking with his mom she had her “a-ha” moment and realized she had met Aileen several years prior.  Aileen have posted a “for sale” ad on Craig’s list for a bed she was getting rid of…Jens had just graduated from college and his mom found this Craig’s list deal for her son.  She realized the girl she’d purchased the bed from several year’s prior was Aileen!  They had other connections too with their sister’s being friends and working together.  Somehow things hadn’t aligned yet for them to meet.  Once they did…their lives changed forever.

Now these two are planning to spend their lives together….and they remind me that true love is out there…it’s just waiting to find us when the moment is right…and when things in the universe align things will fall into place….the way they were intended.

I wish Aileen and Jens a lifetime filled with love and joy.  I’m blessed to call these amazing people…my friends too!
